BEARINGS
MarbettR offers a wide range of mounted ball BEARINGS featuring moulded reinforced Nylon or reinforced Polypropylene housings, double lip seals and caps for wash-down and/or corrosive chemical applications. Standard hardened steel inserts have a spherical outer race that will articulate to take up minor shaft miss-alignment. Stainless Steel spherical inserts are also available.
For food plant applications, MarbettR now offers some of its BEARING housings with MICROBANR antibacterial protection. This additive inhibits the growth of common food poisoning bacteria such as E-Coli, Salmonella, Listeria, Campylobacter and S-Aureus when they come into contact with the moulded plastic surface. LIGHT DUTY BEARINGS
For light duty, low cost Mounted Bearings, Claremont Polymer Shapes can supply 2-BOLT, 4-BOLT and PILLOW BLOCK Housing styles with NOLU-SR spherical insert. This line features moulded reinforced Nylon housings, mounting hole reinforcement sleeves and low-friction high-wearing NOLU-SR spherical ball insert. The following tables provide details of the sizes available, housing strength, NOLU-SR bearing capacity etc.
